shareholders put the basis to its Agricultore business in 2013 having started export operations with grain and other agricultural products harvested in Black Sea regions. In 2014 having acquired areas of prime agricultural lands in Black Sea regions of about 25.000 hectares which divided in couple areas. The region known for its fertile soil and proper rainfall levels. The structure is diversified with approximately 15/25 % acreage Corn, 15/25 % Sunflower seeds, 40-50% under Soybeans with high protein of 34-35% as its basis ( wet ) or 39/40% ISO dry matter basis, Agri products produce by our Agri division are exported through our supply chain and distribution in Europe, Middle East and Asia, our capacity nowadays is up to 300.000 MT per year.

SUNFLOWER- RAPESEED OIL PROCESSING

We have long term tolling agreements with two crushing plants base in Black Sea regions for processing Sunflower oil and Rapeseed oil , crushing capacity nowadays is up to 70.000 MT of oil seeds per year. Our primary market is Europe, UAE, India, Pakistan and China, Bottled Oil refined Michaeli Bottled oil Operations in our bottled oil segment comprise the processing of crude oil into refined oil, followed by bottling of the refined oil. Our primary market is Europe and Middle East where we sell bottled oil mainly under the Company's own brands either directly to the largest retailers, or through regional distributors
